THE Royal National Blind College in Hereford has submitted plans to create a new staff building.

The application site consists of five garages used as workshops for the maintenance team and a small building housing the estate department’s office.

There are also two small greenhouses on the site and a cabin which is also used by the maintenance staff.

The application is for the demolition of these buildings and the construction of a two-storey building with workshops on the ground floor and offices, meeting rooms and staff rooms and facilities on the first floor.
