PRIMARY SCHOOL – During assembly last week, the children heard that because of money donated from last year’s harvest festival a village in Kenya now has water.

Years 5 and 6 were enthusiastic about their residential visit to Snowdonia, in spite of the weather! Madley Environmental Centre provided a wonderful day for the rest of the school with den-making, recycling and nature art and craft activities. Science, maths and healthy eating skills are being absorbed in an enjoyable way by the children at cookery club.

The school’s summer fete will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 5pm. An evening of fun is promised for everyone.
