Grrr!! I'm writing this article for the second time after managing to delete the first version instead of uploading it!! That really isn't good for the stress levels.

Maybe it was somebody, somewhere trying to let me know that it wasn't up to much, so I'll try and write it better this time!

Anyway, back to the blog....

I've been really quite good lately at keeping my exercise regular. Although I haven't been going as often as I'd ideally like to, I seem to have settled into a bit of a routine that actually fits in with my life. I honestly think that's the key to keeping it up constantly and consistently instead of doing it in fits and starts in an 'all or nothing' sort of way.

My best day is a Friday (one of my days off), as I meet two friends at the gym straight after the school drop off and do a really good workout. This way you get to be sociable and look forward to your workout and it's also very motivating, a) To go, and b) To do more when you are there. Also, A nice cuppa and chat in the cafe afterwards is a nice reward for your hard work!

Whilst I am there I book into the 5:30pm 'Dance for Fitness' Class, which I am absolutely LOVING and going regularly to. I would recommend this class to anyone and it means I can still enjoy a Friday night relax (and usually takeaway)afterwards.

On top of my Friday I do my usual Monday and Wednesday dance classes and try to squeeze in an extra gym workout, either on a Weekday lunch time or possibly one on the weekend. Plus, this week I went out (actually, was dragged out by my boyfriend) on Sunday for an early morning gruelling jog before breakfast! We took lots of exciting routes across fields which meant I returned home covered in mud and stung from head to foot!...I can't say I exactly enjoyed this, but I did feel good for it, and very self righteous afterwards.

Anyway, I'm going to try and keep up my general routine and hope that my fitness and weight will be maintained at a reasonable level. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not doing it to the point of obsession or even doing my workout as often as I'd like, but at least I'm not going for long periods without going at all.

Hopefully, I'll still be enthusiastic by my next blog and keeping up this regular routine. Plus I'll try not to bore you with my technology problems!
