MORE than £2,000 has been raised by trainee hairdressers for a Hereford charity.
Apprentices studying with Hair Train in the Luton area raised funds for the Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs and hairpieces for children who lose their hair through illness.
During an awards ceremony organised by Hair Train and hairsalon Hair Two at a Luton nightclub more than 20 trainees gave a new look to 30 models.
Hair Two owner Michele Boyce said: “Luton people were really touched by the charity and even the nightclub bouncers donated their evening’s wages.”
