THIEVES rode off with two rare mountain bikes after breaking into a garage in north Herefordshire.
Bikes worth £2,800, and unique to the UK, were stolen from a garage in Ford Street, Wigmore, late last week.
An Orbea Satellite mountain bike, khaki-green and black, was stolen between 4pm last Wednesday (Nov 26) and the following Sunday.
The other was a Cyclo custom-made Crosslight bike, with red rims, and FSA branding on the handlebars.
A yellow BMX bike was also stolen last Friday (Nov 28) while its owner bought fish and chips in Whitecross Road, Hereford. The theft took place at 9.30pm, while the bike is described as a Mongoose Mischief.
